小學課後輔導計劃 開800「筍工」補習老師時薪130至170元高於市價

【明報專訊】早前財政預算案建議預留1.1億元，由大專生為清貧小學生作課後功課輔導。教育局昨表示，計劃新學年會在50間小學試行，預計8000名學生受惠，當局會在大學招募800名修讀師資培訓課程學生作「補習老師」，時薪130至170元「高於市價」，首輪招募將在暑假進行。


教育局副局長陳維安昨在立法會教育事務委員會上表示，為期3年的課後「補習」計劃定於今年9月開始，當局會根據學校領取書簿津貼或綜援學生數目，物色50間最清貧小學參與，有興趣學校要預留場地和行政人員負責計劃，但兩者均會獲當局發放津貼。

立法會議員張立光指出，若以「清貧學校」為單位，部分就讀其他學校的清貧學生可能沒法參與計劃，建議當局容許參與學校開放名額予同區清貧學生，陳維安回應指出，會與學界討論，若學校情况許可，或可接納建議。


時薪最高170元勝市價


當局會在5所提供師資培訓課程的院校，包括浸大、教院、中大、港大和公開大學，招募800名修讀相關課程學生作導師。陳維安指出，參考過現時社區補習課程，預計每名導師可照顧8名學生，每周提供4至6小時的學習支援，每學期約12周。陳又指出，現時導師的津貼暫定於時薪130至170元，視乎導師的年級而定，他表示，津貼高於市價，可協助大專生到較偏遠的社區工作。當局會在一年後檢討，再考慮廣泛推行的可行性。


另外，委員會本月27日會舉行國民教育諮詢會，主席李慧琼表示，已有133個團體要求出席會議發表意見，委員會將先安排30個團體於當天出席。
