一種法國礦泉水近日正風靡東瀛女士，因為該種高礦物質含量的「硬水」，會令人嚴重腹瀉，達致體重下降。
硬水促瀉　月減5公斤
走高檔路線的「礦翠」（ Contrex）礦泉水，據報一瓶一點五公升的水中，含有二千多毫克礦物質，其中有助新陳代謝的鎂質含量更是特高，令人飲後會肚瀉。
它完全是硬水，煮沸時會變渾濁，所以標籤上警告不可讓十歲以下小童飲用。
一本減肥雜誌的總編輯認為，飲用礦翠後體重下降，並非因為肚瀉，而是因為這種硬水能刺激大腸蠕動，促進新陳代謝；將之混和果汁則能令人有飽肚感，有助節食。
