首先講解一下腳踝的解剖結構給你了解 o  
從腳踝內側腳眼位 , 至腳踝外側腳眼位 , 有 " 屈肌支伸韌帶 " 這韌帶是由很多條幼細肌腱並排組成 , 而這韌帶下方連接 " 腳背五趾韌帶 " , 上方連接 " 脛骨前肌韌帶 " , 當行路或走動時 , 屈肌支伸韌帶會受腳步動作而起伏 , 久而久之因疲勞就形成累積性慢性病 , 未必係新傷所做成 , 亦因該韌帶起伏而牽涉到腳背五趾韌帶 , 嚴重的話會令腳背腫痛 , 再講上方連接脛骨前肌韌帶 , 而脛骨前肌韌帶連接臏骨 ( 即是菠蘿蓋 ) , 而膝蓋後面小腿分別有腓長肌和比目魚肌 , 當行路或跑步時 , 膝蓋將會丞受整個人的重量 , 所以有時並不一定是腳踝出現問題 , 可能都會由於膝蓋而影響 , 不過始終都要檢查過才可確定 o

【明報專訊】去年被批派錢「縮水」後，澳門特首崔世安昨日在《施政報告》宣布85億元（澳門元，下同）紓困措施，繼續一貫派錢「傳統」，向每名澳門永久居民發放現金，由去年的4000元「加碼」至7000元，較香港還要多1000元，並會繼續在中央儲蓄制度戶口注資6000元；長者敬老金亦增至6000元，令他們一年從各項派錢中共可獲4.5萬元。但有議員批評房屋政策欠缺長遠方針。

澳門政府會向永久居民派發7000元、非永久居民4200元；又繼續推行減免職業稅25%等減稅措施，令庫房少收14.7億元。崔世安稱，關注年滿65歲長者人口比例會由去年的8%增至2031年的19%，決定把敬老金增至6000元。若計及長者現時可獲的每月2000元養老金，連同現金派發和中央儲蓄戶口注資等，65歲或以上長者一年可獲4.5萬元。


他在記者會上解釋，不少居民特別是基層反映生活受通脹影響，經政府初步估計，通脹率或要到明年1、2月才回落，故今年繼續派發現金，未來再作長遠規劃。他續稱，澳門明年博彩收益每月會超過200億元，但對歐債問題不能掉以輕心，居安思危，審慎理財，力求公共財務管理穩健低風險。


有別去年重點針對居民難置業問題，今次明顯對住屋着墨較少，崔世安強調一直關注澳門人的住屋需要，會先處理現有公屋輪候時間長的問題，再作長遠打算，冀市民體諒。澳門現時人口約有56萬。


工會：助紓通脹壓力 學者：無驚喜


澳門工聯總會和澳門街坊總會均認同派發現金是紓緩通脹壓力的暫時措施，一定程度助解居民壓力。工聯理事長鄭仲錫表示，對施政報告整體感到滿意，但認為政府在實施短期紓困措施的同時，應繼續完善經濟及就業政策。街坊總會理事長姚鴻明認為派現金體現了共建共享和還富於民的政策。不過施政報告對房屋政策着墨不多，雖然政府在萬九個公屋後將開展6300個公屋單位儲備的規劃工作，但欠缺整體的房屋政策。


澳門理工學院社工系副教授蘇文欣指施政報告無驚喜，尤其在民生政策上抄過往政策。議員何潤生亦批評公共房屋政策未有中長期規劃，提出的紓困措施只是延續及優化原有福利政策。
