豆芽是用化肥水泡出來的，根本不敢吃。”一傳十十傳百，如今同樓的許多人都是聞豆芽色變，既不敢買又不敢吃。近日，X大媽打算自己做個小實驗，看看外面賣的豆芽到底是怎麼回事？想到就做，她打算分別用兩種方法做一個實驗，一種用老祖宗的方法孵豆芽，另一種在裡面加點化肥或者尿素做現代工坊豆芽。

第二天，她找來兩個容器，分別放了2斤綠豆，其中一個容器裡只放自來水，另一個往水裡加了少許尿素，還在容器上標注了記號。

隨著豆芽慢慢生長，Ｘ大媽發現了問題，天天加尿素水的豆芽顯然比不加尿素的豆芽長得粗肥白嫩。

而不加尿素的豆芽長得較為短瘦，根鬚也明顯長很多。隨後幾天，兩種豆芽的差別變得越來越明顯，加了肥料的豆芽越長越漂亮，而只加水的卻越長越 “土氣”，且加了尿素水的豆芽卻比加水的明顯早熟了!

X大媽說：“我泡的尿素豆芽雖然跟外面賣的基本上差不多，但還是有一些區別。外面賣的幾乎沒有根鬚，而我泡的還是有根的，這說明他們可能在裡面還放了別的東西。

X大媽還注意到，她自發的豆芽幾乎在市場難覓身影，市場上已經是 “尿素豆芽”的天下了！足證明，化肥豆芽，人人愛。
調查黑心商販泡出白白胖胖“毒豆芽”為什麼X大媽用尿素水泡出來的豆芽跟市場上賣的還有區別呢？批發商到底在豆芽裡添加了什麼東西，使得豆芽不僅根鬚短小而且白白胖胖？記者就此進行了一番暗訪調查。

記者首先來到某蔬菜市場，轉了一圈，發現市場內所有出售的豆芽無一例外都是一副白白胖胖、營養豐富的樣子。走進一家蔬菜店時記者以買菜為由詢問老板為什麼不賣豆芽，老板乾脆地說：“我從不賣豆芽！”

記者詢問原因時老板停頓片刻說：“你是不知道，現在的豆芽根本不能吃，裡面都加了東西。”記者進一步追問，她才勉強回答：“你別看豆芽好看，其實都是加了無根劑，這東西都是化學物質，人長期吃誰能受得了，我不賺這種黑心錢！”

隨後，記者來到另一個蔬菜批發市場找到了一名不願透露姓名的豆芽批發商，! 一見面他就再三告誡記者：“千萬別寫我姓啥，否則他們都來找我算賬了！” 記者做出保証後，菜商才舒了一口氣說：“其實，這在我們這一行已經不是啥秘密了。”“不用這些東西泡豆芽，生意好不了。”

他告訴記者，泡豆芽時需要用無根劑，作用就是讓豆芽少長根。除此還要用到漂白粉和豆芽增長增粗劑，漂白粉的作用就是當豆芽顏色出現發黃或者暗淡時，只要在豆芽上噴上一定比例的漂白粉水，過上十幾分鐘，豆芽就立刻變得又白又新鮮。增粗劑就不用說了，一些品相胖胖的豆芽就是它的功勞。

其操作過程也是將增粗劑添加一定比例的水，然後噴灑到豆芽上。增粗劑不一定天天使用，只需兩三天使用一次即可。記者與其交談時，他還提到，與無根生長素相比，以前有些批發豆芽的用尿素泡還用ＸＸ粉殺菌，後來因為擔心人吃了中毒才沒再用。

採訪中記者問道，現在市場上出售的豆芽基本都沒有根鬚，這是不是意味著全部添加了這些化學物質？他猶豫片刻說： “應該說是這樣的，用老方法生出來的豆芽又難看泡得時間又長，跟這種豆芽沒法比，消費者也不喜歡，生產商都知道要添加無根生長劑、增粗劑等化工原料，但還是有些生產商根本不知道藥劑的調配比例，一些黑心批發商全憑經驗和感覺，掌握不了合適的! 量，從而使得藥物比重加大，成為名副其實的“毒豆芽”。

暗訪添加劑專賣店推薦“寶貝”豆芽批發商所用的化學物質是獨有秘方還是有道可尋？根據知情人指點記者來到萃英門一家食品添加劑專賣店。記者詢問老板有沒有泡豆芽用的東西，老板問：“你是自己吃的還是賣的？”

記者表示是泡豆芽賣時，老板推薦了3個“寶貝”，分別是被稱為高級激素的特效無根豆芽素、保險粉(又名漂白粉)和防腐劑。
無根豆芽素一盒Ｘ元，裡面有Ｘ支，黃豆芽和綠豆芽都能用，而且任何時候都有貨。問完這些情況老板突然問記者是幹什麼的，“我先看看，了解了解再買。”聽到記者並不打算購買，老板的熱情頓時，“你不買就算了，買的時候再說。”之後，老板不再做介紹。

離開添加劑專賣店，記者上網查詢無根生長劑及保險粉的相關信息，誰知不查不知道，一查嚇一跳，這些東西在網上購買起來更方便。

長期食用可能致癌
豆芽之所以白白胖胖，無根劑、保險粉、增粗劑毫無疑問都是主要“幫凶”，這些化工原料對人體究竟有哪些傷害？帶著這些疑問，記者採訪了有關專家。

他詳細向記者講解了這些化工料的成分，並告訴記者，無根劑其主要作用是抑制根部生長，在使用過程中能提高30%的產量。而保險粉就是漂白粉，化學名為連二亞硫酸鈉。

這些化學物品一般只用于工業，是一種還原劑，在工業上用于絲、毛的漂白，同時還用于醫藥、選礦及硫化物的合成，具有較強的

致癌性。對眼及呼吸道和皮膚有刺激性，接觸後可引起頭痛、惡心和嘔吐。長期食用添加了這種化工原料的豆芽不僅會影響視力，還會影響肝髒和腸胃。而在國家有關食品添加素的規定中，漂白粉是嚴禁作為食品添加劑使用的。此外，無根劑、增粗劑等添加劑均屬激素，長期食用必然是健康的“殺手”！
