中醫藥膳養生-水果養生亦傷身

現在市場上國內外水果品種繁多，因其營養豐富，味道鮮美，藥食兼優，而深受人們的喜愛。但是，吃水果並非多多益善，如果過食或暴食亦會傷身致病。

1、香蕉。有潤肺生津、養陰清燥的功效。由於含糖量高,糖尿病患者應少食或不食。

2、蘋果。果汁可止瀉，空腹吃可治便秘，飯後吃能助消化。但蘋果富含糖類和鉀鹽,攝入過多不利於心、腎保健，患有冠心病、心肌梗塞、腎炎、糖尿病的患者，切忌多食。

3、梨。因具有止咳、化痰、清燥的作用，與冰糖煎服可治頑固性咳嗽，搗爛與蜂蜜調服可防秋燥，治聲音嘶啞等。因梨含糖量高，過食會引起血糖升高，加重胰腺負擔，故糖尿病患者應少食。另外，梨性寒涼，脾胃虛寒的人不宜多食。

4、柑橘。鮮橘能健脾和胃、溫肺止咳，橘皮加糖煎服能治感冒；橘核搗爛與醋調成糊，外敷可治乳腺炎。橘性溫，多食易“上火”，可致目赤牙痛及痔瘡，還可引起皮膚黃斑。

5、柿子。柿蒂煎服可治呃逆，與冰糖煎服可治妊娠嘔吐。但柿肉含大量單寧酸、柿膠粉,具有較強的收斂力，故便秘者不宜多食。另外,空腹食或與蟹同食，易形成柿石。因此，胃炎、脾胃虛寒者不宜多食或應禁食。

6、栗子。有補腎強筋、益脾止瀉等功效。與烏骨雞煮食更具有滋補壯骨的作用，但多食會導致消化不良等。

中醫藥膳養生-貧血的人吃什麼好

貧血是指單位容積血液內血紅蛋白含量及紅細胞數低於正常。正常成人血紅蛋白含量男性是12-16克/ioo毫升，女性是11-15克/100毫升；紅細胞數男性是400-550萬／立方毫米，女性是350-500萬／立方毫米。凡是低於上述指標的就屬於貧血。臨床表現為面色蒼白，伴有頭昏、氣急、心悸、乏力等症狀。

發病原因
紅細胞生成減少。由於不良的飲食習慣、偏食或飲食品質低，很容易產生營養不良，缺乏必要的造血原料，因而導致貧血。常見的是巨幼紅細胞性貧血和缺鐵性貧血。此外，胃腸道吸收功能障礙也是導致造血物質缺乏，從而引起貧血的主要原因之一，如萎縮性胃炎、慢性腹瀉、胃切除術後、胃癌等，都能影響維生素B12、鐵和其他造血物質的吸收而產生貧血。

三分治七分養
飲食營養要合理，食物需要多樣化，不能偏食，否則會因某種營養素的缺乏而導致貧血。同時要攝入富含營養和高蛋白、高熱量、多無機鹽、維生素的食物，以利於恢復造血功能。並且要有利於消化。平時的飲食應有節制、有規律，禁止暴飲暴食。可以多吃一些含鐵豐富的食物，如瘦肉、豬血、豬肝、豆類、乳製品、大米、綠葉蔬菜、蘋果等。多喝茶能補充大量葉釅酸、維生素B12，這些都有利於巨細胞性貧血的治療。但缺鐵性貧血的患者不宜喝茶，因為喝茶不利於人體對鐵劑的吸收。適當補充酸性食物會有利於鐵劑的吸收。儘量不要吃辛辣、生冷不容易消化的食物。平時可以配合滋補食療補養身體。

勞逸結合，經常從事適當的體育活動。
要保證充足的睡眠時間，避免過度勞累。

祛病茶方

※丹參黃精茶
藥茶配方：5克茶葉，10克黃精，10克丹參。
製作方法：把上述材料一同研成粗末，然後用沸水沖泡，加蓋悶10分鐘後飲用。
飲用方法：代茶飲用。
茶功效：補血、活血。

※白術甘草茶
茶配方：3克紅茶，15克白術，3克甘草，600毫升水。
製作方法：把甘草、白術加水，煮沸10分鐘，再加入綠茶即可。
飲用方法：代茶飲。分3次溫飲，再泡再服。
藥茶功效：益氣生血。
