中醫藥膳養生-水果養生亦傷身

現在市場上國內外水果品種繁多,因其營養豐富,味道鮮美,藥食兼優,而深受人們的喜愛。但是,吃水果並非多多益善,如果過食或暴食亦會傷身致病。

1、香蕉。有潤肺生津、養陰清燥的功效。由於含糖量高,糖尿病患者應少食或不食。

2、蘋果。果汁可止瀉,空腹吃可治便秘,飯後吃能助消化。但蘋果富含糖類和鉀鹽,攝入過多不利於心、腎保健,患有冠心病、心肌梗塞、腎炎、糖尿病的患者,切忌多食。

3、梨。因具有止咳、化痰、清燥的作用,與冰糖煎服可治頑固性咳嗽,搗爛與蜂蜜調服可防秋燥,治聲音嘶啞等。因梨含糖量高,過食會引起血糖升高,加重胰腺負擔,故糖尿病患者應少食。另外,梨性寒涼,脾胃虛寒的人不宜多食。

4、柑橘。鮮橘能健脾和胃、溫肺止咳,橘皮加糖煎服能治感冒;橘核搗爛與醋調成糊,外敷可治乳腺炎。橘性溫,多食易“上火”,可致目赤牙痛及痔瘡,還可引起皮膚黃斑。

5、柿子。柿蒂煎服可治呃逆,與冰糖煎服可治妊娠嘔吐。但柿肉含大量單寧酸、柿膠粉,具有較強的收斂力,故便秘者不宜多食。另外,空腹食或與蟹同食,易形成柿石。因此,胃炎、脾胃虛寒者不宜多食或應禁食。

6、栗子。有補腎強筋、益脾止瀉等功效。與烏骨雞煮食更具有滋補壯骨的作用,但多食會導致消化不良等。
