(綜合報道)(星島日報報道)有十四名港人涉案的「走私iPad等逃稅逾億元案」，昨天在深圳審結，法院將擇日宣判。涉案港人均認罪並請求輕判。被指是水客頭目的港女高亞梅，可能面臨至少四千萬元（人民幣，下同）、最高二億元的天價罰金。


　　這宗走私大案本周一在深圳中級法院開審，昨天是第三天。被指是水客頭目的被告高亞梅，四十歲，原籍江蘇，因嫁給港人獲得香港居民身分，後離婚。

　　檢方指控她從二○○四年開始組織水客走私，按每台筆記本電腦二百以上的價格，向內地貨主收費，再以一百元以下的費用僱用水客。至去年九月，高共走私筆記本電腦三萬多台，逃稅四千多萬元。


　　被指逃稅4000萬
　　按內地刑法的最新規定，高亞梅若罪名成立，除被判監最多三年外，還將被處逃稅額一倍至五倍的罰款，即她的最高罰款或達二億。


　　據檢方指控，三十三名被告分為職業水客、內地貨主等，以螞蟻搬家方式在各大口岸走私iPad、手提電腦，四年逃稅一億一千萬元，全部被以走私罪起訴。


　　該案昨天下午五時多審結。包括十四名港人等被告在陳述中全部認罪，聲稱深感後悔，並以「只是帶貨幫補家計，不知後果嚴重」等理由請求輕判。
