鄭汝樺：「置安心」擬設入息下限

政府早前提出協助夾心階層首次置業的先租後買計畫，初步擬只設入息上限；針對外間認為措施並非完全針對夾心階層需要，又關注會引來申請「長龍」，運輸及房屋局    局長鄭汝樺    昨日稱，政府考慮設立申請入息下限，希望首批單位可提前落成及開始接受申請。

市建局    項目定價高捱轟

鄭汝樺昨日出席電台節目時重申，政府的房屋政策方向是人人有屋住，但並非人人做業主；推出「置安心」計畫為免市民心急上車，到加息及樓市逆轉下出現大量負資產。

首批置安心單位計畫於一四年前落成，一二年開始接受申請，鄭汝樺希望兩個時間都可提早，除家庭入息上限外，政府亦考慮設立申請入息下限。

另外，對於港鐵和市建局部分已入則項目，被指不符政府規管發水樓措施，發展局局長林鄭月娥    昨出席另一個電台節目時表示，如有關地盤已招標，或正在招標，涉及發展商已投入資金，不能隨便改動，亦不應隨意叫停，否則可能影響房屋供應。

她重申，規管「發水樓」措施到明年四月一日才生效，是由於措施涉及發展商入則問題，需時修改甚至重新編寫作業備考。

對於市建局灣仔項目QUEEN'S CUBE定價過高，林鄭月娥表示市建局在招標後，已將發展權賣給發展商，再按市場定價；她承認，項目是由市建局推展，市民可能感覺不好。
