爆米花機經高壓瞬間膨化熟成

市面上許多穀粉皆將穀類「用爆的爆開」(類似玉米變成爆米花)
再將「爆米花」進行研磨成粉後低價販售。
因為爆米花的體積變大,其研磨出的粉看起來就很多
但重量很輕又蓬鬆,且營養成分皆起化學作用而「變質」。
古早有一句話「囡仔呷米麩棒嘸賽(台語)」(小孩吃了很多米麩後大便卻都很少)
這就是因為她吃的是「米麩」而不是吃「純粉」,無營養也無飽足感
許多同業只生產「米麩」,產量大、時間短、成本低,
也因為許多顧客都是外行、不清楚此情形,而購買到了米麩。
而本店陳爸爸堅持我們只生產「純粉」,而非米麩。
純粉」之製作成本高、生產量少、時間長,但粉質厚實,有飽足感
係將豆類低溫烘培(非高溫破壞營養)後,研磨成粉(110目以上,極細)所以陳爸爸的粉類也很好沖泡,也才是真正健康的五穀雜糧粉!
如:十穀粉、黑豆粉、黃豆粉、紅薏仁粉...等等。
我們的穀粉是「純粉」,比較厚實、有質量、營養的感覺,
且研磨技術困難費工,因為烘熟的豆子更加堅硬,需經過高價專業大型研磨機才能研磨並且產量不大,每次僅能50台斤,並且一種穀粉就需耗時7小時以上才能研磨完畢。
坊間商家大多都是採用「米麩」(利用爆米花機將穀物爆至膨脹再研磨成粉)的方式,其產品質輕蓬鬆大包低價。而且研磨流程簡單,使用便宜的小機器即可研磨因為穀物已經變成「米香」破壞了纖維質和營養,質軟容易研磨,成品很細緻但不易溶於水。

愛家〝蒸〞的天然穀類粉,經水洗滴乾→"蒸煮熟化"→低溫乾燥→研磨成粉等程序製成,因此營養價值最好,口感最佳,保存最久。與一般用爆米花機經高壓瞬間膨化熟成,或用炒食機高溫炒熟脆化後,再研磨成粉,大不相同。故其產品溫潤爽口、獨具特有的甘甜,並保存穀物原有的風味與營養。
